We interrupt this broadcast to bring you a Costume-Con 26 bid update
Besides being Emperor 34 of the IRLM, I've also been overseeing the CC26 bid committee with my beloved Andy aka ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

Technically, he's the chair of the bid committee while I will be the chair of the convention committee if we win the bid.
Last night I submitted the official bid documents to the owners of the Costume-Con service mark. If they decide everything is in order and approve them, we will become an official bid for Costume-Con 26.
I'm excited that I finally got that done (tho' embarassed that they are 2 1/2 months late. The mark holders were very accomodating, because of my Imperial duties, but rules are rules)

We are inquiring to join CC23 and may be getting couple tables in the vendor's room to set up for Photoshoot. We will only be shooting at most couple hours a day so we can enjoy the Con but we will have prints available on Monday!
Dave D. has not responded to my latest email so not 100% sure yet.

Waiting to see if Southwest has good deals for airfare.
