The conclusion and remedies part of the decision is great. Unfortunately, there is a temporary stay, but I think the judge wants to deal with that quickly, he asked for briefs on it by Friday.

I am so very pleased with this decision and how they broke down the whys.
Hurrah!

I read some of the highlight passages on Talking Points Memo. That was one incredible judge.

I'm a bit confused on the stay...

Are same-sex-marriages banned pending appeal
or
just untill the judge get the briefs on why or why-not he should stay the marriages?

*Bouncing up and down*

To repeat what Denisen said:

LIKE LIKE LIKE LIKE LIKE LIKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ACTUALLY: LOVE.

...And I also LOVE the judge's reasoning in favor of his ruling.
