Chalk one up for the good guys...

My replacement Razr arrived today.

Numbers, wallpaper and ringtones are all restored...

And the firmware in this one... supports VIDEO capture, not just photos!

I haven't tried taking videos with mine. I barely remember to take pictures every so often!
