Jay is working on a novel, the third in a series featuring a genuine clockwork universe. (I like Mainspring, haven't had a chance to read Escapement yet, and he's now working on Tourbillon.)

He invited his friends to submit the reasons they should be "Tuckerized" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tuckerization) in Tourbillon and is now running a poll to see which of those vainglorious folk will be so immortalized.

Make more sense now?
