Motion Concepts for Project TDK

One of the things I would like to make happen is have the Tiki Dalek do the limbo. (Just like they didn't used to be able to climb stairs, they can't bend lower to do the limbo, right?)

I've figured out 4 mechanical ways to do it, and done simple flash animations of them. One of them looked so bad even in simulation I'm not going to show it to you.

(Note, there is music in these animations. Turn off your speakers if it matters.)

1: Skirt distorts as TDK lowers

Having done the drawings, I suspect #3 would be the most effective.

PS. I've ordered the bowl to go under the dome thatch and the cane webbing for inside the neck. I've got a message in to the Caribbean Importer to see if I can manage to not have to buy a full 250 coconut shells. :-)
