I HATE UPS

kprocheWe're used to the song and dance with our wine deliveries. They require an adult signature, but they won't schedule a morning delivery because that's reserved for overnight packages. Thus, we endure multiple tags on our door and after the 3rd one go to pick up the wine at the customer service center.
My uniform delivery, it turns out, also requires a signature. No biggie, it coincides with a wine delivery timing out, so I'll just call to say hold it, and we'll go pick it up at the service center with the wine.
Only to discover The Service Center No Longer Has Saturday Hours. M-F, 9-6, that's it.
One of us will have to take TIME OFF on a work day to go pick up the packages.
