I'm encouraged when I hear so many members of the "younger generations" talking like that (teens, 20-somethings.) They don't "get" what all the hatred and phobias of their elders are.

However, I still feel upset about all the couples who are legally barred from attending their beloved in critical condition in the hospital, or the kids raised by 2 moms who are treated legally as if one of their parents is a complete stranger to them, etc....
