I finally connected with group sales at Broadway San Jose, and we now have 17 seats in a block in the center of rows 9 and 10 for September 15th.

They're still printing the pasteboard, so I can expect them in the mail in a week or so.

dprisoner, there are no prohibitions on audience members wearing costumes (I did promise no swords; but they'd be a hassle to deal with in theater seating anyway :-) ).

Further plotting will probably be done in friends-locked posts.
