kprocheAt the BASFA meeting on the 31st, several of the folk attending Spamalot with me for my birthday (![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
dprisoner and brittunculus, I'm looking at you, among others) expressed the strong opinion that as the Birthday Boy, I ought to be wearing a crown in our little costumed outing.
Now, my Imperial Crown would be both impractical (because of its weight) and discourteous to wear, given that it is some 15" tall.
Then, however, I remembered that I had bought self-adhesive glitter craft foam as emergency backup to build Liberacicus' silver laurel wreath.
I also had all my construction sketches from the Imperial Crown as a starting point.

And best of all, I've already cleaned up the (small) mess in the studio now that's it done!
