Passing of George Gonzales -- a good man

This is so very hard to take in.

Saturday we were at Club Splash early to get ready for the Christmas show.
George was there, and Andy and I had a chance to chat briefly with
him... The club looked so good and he was obviously happy to actually
have it open and running. His business partner Randy and the staff were
all cheerful and friendly, and more than willing to put up with the
chaos that is attendant upon our kind of show on the last Saturday night
before Christmas.

We all had a wonderful time, and it wouldn't have been possible without
George.

And now to hear we have lost him, gone Saturday night in his sleep,
apparently to a heart attack.
I have no words to adequately express my feelings, but thank God
that my last memories of him are such happy ones.

Dear George, rest in peace. I'm sure there is a special place in the
afterlife for you.
