How fine tuned can it get? Just a dash of something, or only 1 part this and 2 parts that?

It's precise to about a second, which is around 1ml. The built in recipes use ml measurements (30ml=1oz); the custom recipe builder on the touchscreen is restricted to a 10:1 maximum ratio of ingredients (I could change that, but 1-10 parts for each ingredient is fairly fine control and doesn't take too long to input)
