You start with a large block of foam and just carve away everything that doesn't look like a carnosaur. Next step -- skin! (The eyes and fins are pinned on to check the overall effect)

Wookie (who did official photo at CC24) works with this shop in NY that drop-ships light rentals all over the place. He doesn't buy or cart lights anywhere anymore.
