Today's my birthday, it's just before 3 and I'm heading home.

This weekend is the Bay Area Gay Rodeo and bovil and I sponsor two of the prize buckles.

Tonight is the special VIP sponsors reception (free food and booze) and we want to get checked in and spiffed up in time to enjoy the "horses over."

(*And* they know it's my BD, I've already got one drink promised to me by one of the cowboys :-)

The Goat dressing will be a smash, I'm sure. But I don't remember what the other buckle you sponsor is.

You & Andy should come out here for Rodeo some year. Tucson goes all out. We even get a public holiday out of it :-).

We sponsor the pair of team goat-dressing buckles. (The team buckles are for the round that counts points towards the all-around cowboy/cowgirl buckles. On one day there is also a "community goat-dressing" round where folks who aren't regular rodeo contestants can try. Someone else sponsored those buckles)
