Port Out, Starboard Home... Posh! *
Apr. 24th, 2006 05:34 pmThis weekend is the Billy DeFrank Center's 25th Anniversary Gala.
Andy and I are "Silicon Valley Circle Sponsors" for the event. (We've decided to spread our charity money around a bit this year instead of buying an entire table at the GLAAD Media Awards).
And the Gala has a room block at the Fairmont, so now we have a "Signature" room with a private patio overlooking the pool at $50 below their normal web rate.
So I figure we pack our nice duds, park in one of the Willow Glen Park N Ride lots, take the light rail downtown and have a lovely evening with no searching for parking spots. Plus when we're in the mood we can tumble upstairs to bed.
