We have the packages

Arrived at UPS at 8:50 this morning.

They opened at 9:00AM; I was second in line.

Miracle of Miracles, both packages were there.

Now I have a little bit of sewing to do, but I've got all the pieces.

Hooray! I'm glad it all came through in the end!

So, what's this about the beret, and would it be a pure pain in the ass for me to find one in time? I've got a plain black one, as you know... :)

The berets we got at SC surplus have a "flash" on them like this:

I think we might have some matching martini-glass charms we can apply to them. (As in 3 of them, if I can find the one that is a charm rather than a pinback)

Plain black will work, too. We have to explain your missing shoulder loops away anyway, so simply call it acceptable variations ;-)
